their service man was very polite and very patient with me and my questions. he did a fast and efficient job but the only thing I noticed on the next cold morning my windows are fogged up and there is a very distinct white line top of the glass straight down to the bottom right in front of my driver's seat. even when the rest of the window defrosted it was still there. I attempted to wipe it inside and out with no luck. I called and a very nice lady said that if this persists you call them back because it's under warranty. o... read more

They got it done the same day! Price was a bit higher but it was worth it and their customer service was excellent. I hope I don't has to replace my windshield again but if I do I know who to call.
