Orange Blossom Auto Glass gives great service. I called about a crack in my windshield. That I had gotten the day before on the highway. They called my insurance company. Then had a new windshield installed at my home the next day. The installer text me in the morning. He gave me a time window and asked if I had any questions. I received 5 star service.
I called Orange Blossom and spoke with Natalie who was very kind, direct, and professional. We were on vacation and dealing with a cracked windshield was not how I wanted to spend the last few moments of our trip. She got me the information I needed and put us on the schedule for the very next day. Luis, the installer called me several times to make sure we were all squared away. When I contacted Orange Blossom the representative (BiBi) was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. The window man showed up at my house as scheduled and replaced my car windshield in less than a half hour. He was professional and proficient. I highly recommend them.
