to many hidden fees There are several fees in addition to your rent you have your base rent then the following: Water bill(not individually metered but shared bill for entire building) Sewerage bill Gas bill(for your heat and hot water) trash collection bill and a service fee for billing you! Maintenance is unresponsive and most of the time a third party contractor has to be called in. and last lets not forget the multiple homicides in the past couple years.
Management/maintenance unresponsive - MICE! Mngmt and maintenance are unresponsive! Rodent issue SINCE I MOVED IN, and my most recent request from March has yet to be addressed (it’s now May 20th). All numbers provided result in answering services, it is SO difficult to get anyone one the phone. I finally went to the office and got the rude run around from mngmt who will probably drag their feet on sending someone out based on the vague answers I received. Do not rent from this janky place unless you like mice and bad mngmt.

Bad Management/Staff Very dismissive. Windows are never cleaned. Pests not handled in timely. Lots of additional monthly fees on top of rent. We’re paying more and getting less & less. Eager to move out!

Don't move here This place is terrible I would not recommend this place to anybody it has roaches everything needs to be upgraded they are cheap the landscaping is terrible the laundry room is terrible extremely overpriced and maintenance is terrible on complaints at all it takes two months to come fix a problem parking is terrible and all the electric appliances are outoutdach.
