David Goodwin has been very professional when ever I have talked with him and the office staff have been the same when you can get them to pickup or call you back. If you are ever planning on selling your home and you live in an area that has a lot of military members I would suggest using someone else. They don't do WDIR inspections (Wood Destroying Insects Report) which is required for a VA loan so I had to pay someone else to do the inspection.
