Aliyah, the technician in San Francisco who worked with me, was excellent with communication and getting the job done. I gave her a heads up on the property being in not so great shape but she never complained and did her job, continually asking if there’s any more areas on the property that would need help. Alli was super helpful, very nice and answered all my questions. Maybe I misunderstood service plan for today but I’m pretty sure that I set up for a full service and I don’t think that was done. Maybe that will happen next week when she returns. Otherwise she was Great!
