I am having too many problems with orkin. I have been a customer with Orkin for a long time.I was told by an orkin employee that I was one of his lowest paying customers,so they felt that they could do whatever they wanted too to me. When I pay my bill with orkin with my bank card I ask them to take my card off file. They would say that they took it off. Next month they would ask to you want to use the card that you have on file. High fees but Orkin does not try to send anyone to inspect property in over a year.

The person that came was very abrasive they seem to show up earlier without calling and then they had this attitude. I’ve never had an issue with Orkin but it seems like as of late I keep getting technicians that for some reason I feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about and then proceed to tell you that you are the one that’s wrong I’m not really sure what’s going on with that and he wasn’t even here that long and we’re still here we’re having ant issues. Just not sure what to think. 🤦♀️
