Orkin has changed me without my authorization for the second time in a row. I’ve talked to the local office and I was told my account was NOT on autopay. It was refunded the first time. Now I’m waiting on someone to call from the local office so it can again be fixed.

I signed up for a contract last year with Orkin for their spray treatment to avoid tenting my home per their recommendation. About a week later I called them to let them know there were still termites in my home. They said that was normal and to call in a couple more weeks if I were still seeing termites. I did and they came out to treat for them in a few places. I was still seeing them after that but they told me to wait until swarming season was over. coming bi monthly as agreed, stop changing techs, give more of a notice before scheduling without asking if it's a good time, customer service in my area is rude. I've had these issues for years and have tried my best to resolve them. bottom line my area Orkin is not a good office and has serious lack of organization.

Habia concertado una cita para el Martes 31 de mayo entre las 12 y las 2:00 p.m. para que inspecionaran mi casa. Me dieron un trato profesional. El tecnico nunca llego y no me linformaron.. Una tarde perdida esperando un tecnico
