Still waiting to see if my fruit fly issue is resolved but they diagnosed the type of bug & resolution in 2 visits vs the numerous complaints & visits spanning over a yr with my current company. My tech AJ was very kind & courteous and also gave helpful at home tips to help keep these annoying bugs away.
