your main office scheduling people need to drastically improve their scheduling. they schedule the application pest sprayer for a specific time and then they send him to another county for a job and no one calls to express the delay and why. We have to call to find out and the scheduler doesnt even know. We get sprayed every 2 months and get a new sprayer person each time so no relation is developed. Each time the spray guy did a great job and has a great personality....once they get to our house.

Scheduled an appointment, no one ever came out when I called the manager Daryl. He apologized that he had overlooked the order. He assured me someone would come out on Thursday at 10am, yet it’s 10:22am and no has shown up or called. I will never recommend this irresponsible company to anyone. #awefulexperince #lackofcustomerservice
