In April of this year, I contacted you and told you that I had landscaping done and 4 bait traps were removed. You said you would send someone out to reinstall them. I just received a report from your office that 4 bait traps were found uninstalled.....fully 3.5 months after you told me they would be reinstalled. That's why I give you a 3 star rating.

Shane is always pleasant and professional. He reviews our property and then discusses the course of action with us before he starts. When he is finished, he lets us know if he noticed anything outside of what he originally saw. Over the years, we have had many companies work on our New York and Florida homes. We think Shane is amazing.
