RecommendedThey tented my home for termites close to 20 years ago. I signed up for a 5 year service agreement. So happy with their service. I have not had an issue since. I have renewed that contract every 5 years. Orkin has continuously and professionally inspected my home for termites every year since early 2002. Great company as far as my experience has shown and continues annually - top shelf service. I highly recommend.

RecommendedExcept for today. He was there and gone in 15 mins. Never came in the house to treat our roach problems. And we were never notified that we had an appointment so we were still in bed when he came.

Not satisfied with the insect control service . The technician sprayed only outside the house. He didn’t spray inside the house especially bathrooms, kitchen, garage and pool deck. We’re still seeing ants, cockroaches, spiders , etc at nooks and crannies. I plan to cancel future service.

Horrible customer service! This goes for the Sarasota manager. He will make your promises, the never deliver. I'm sorry I trusted the man, I wouldn't advise anyone to sign a contract with Orkin. There service works, but they try to nickel and dime you for additional service that you thought was already covered. I'm not a happy person. Go somewhere else for your pest control!
