so, I have problems with German roaches. and was concerned about orkin coming every other month. plus after spaying was still seeing them. when I called Winter Haven office. they were very kind and saw to it that we go every 10 days, no charge and every month now. The girls were extremely nice , even though I felt I was being a pain calling all the time. they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Orkin😊

I have been using Orkin for more than a few years now and the company is top notch at keeping the pests under control and if there is an issue between services, like if you see a bug, they are on the ball with a no charge visit. I had an infestation my initial visit from them and I cannot express how grateful I am to them for ridding my family of that and literally from the very first visit! William is my guy and he is fantastic!

explained everything over the phone in depth then the day of service, received a phone call from tech saying he's ok his way as well as getting a text from Orkin saying "your tech is on the way". Great communication
