The Lakeland, Florida Orkin salesperson was way too pushy. He was obnoxiously pushing the over $600 outside flea spraying annual program. Using “fear” as a tactic, he said that he only saw a couple fleas outside. I told him that I hope they both bit him on the ankle. He seemed worse than the other pests preying on the elderly.

Orkin locks you into a contract and fails to mention their latest appointment block is 4pm -6pm Monday -Friday and only has a tech that works on Saturday once a month. This does not work for someone who works from 6:30am -6:30pm Monday-Friday. I have a dead rat that has been lying in one of Orkins traps for over two weeks now and am told they can't help me for another three days since their tech only works the first Saturday of each month.
