They alway charge you but never come for service
I was very satisfied with Orkin when Darren was my tech. Since he has left the service has been abysmal. My last two appointments they came while I was at work and claimed to have sprayed the outside and cleaned spider webs off the porch. I had to call back to the office at the first supposed outside visit to request they come back out. The spider webs were never cleaned. I had this supposed service in July and September.
