Charles is an extremely nice fellow. That being said, he comes to eradicate spiders and ants and cobwebs that are rampant and they’re still everywhere within hours after he’s gone!! Not sure what we’re paying for as much as we like Charles and are considering. Dropping the service. 😔

Any time you are on the receiving end of an ant infestation, your household tends to get extremely anxious for a fix. We talked to Orkin, chose a plan and they sent Jorge out the very next morning. He was polite, accommodating and very thorough. He explained that his method was to bait heavily on the inside and pellet on the outside - he explained that this would kill off the ants both in the house already along with spreading the bait poison throughout their colony or nest to kill the others.
