The gentleman that comes out is respectful. We just have an issue with they schedule what day to come out. Then we don’t get notification of when they will show up till they are in the driveway. Would be nice to get a reminder or notification of service date a couple of days before.
I don't say this lightly. I hate leaving bad reviews, I truly do. the one nice thing is that the service manager worked with us to get rid of the mosquitoes but other than that, the gentleman that comes to do our service when he comes to do our last service he barely touches the spider webs (which is supposed to be done) even when i asked him very kindly to take care of them in particular areas I still see my sitting area in the backyard covered in spider webs. not exactly happy about spending money on a service that always ... read more
