Bruce Carlisle, our technician, is a very thorough, efficient, and conscientious Orkin employee. He is always on-time and friendly. I always know that I can call Bruce if I have any questions or concerns, and he will see to it that any problems are quickly corrected.
Able to change delivery/treatment dates to fit my schedule sometimes. That is a huge plus for me.
This is our first time using them, but the people on the phone as well as the tech that came out to the house have such wonderful customer service! Very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I so appreciate the tech wearing a mask and practicing social distancing! Kudos.
