Very professional and so far I have been pleased with the service.
They don’t check all the traps. I have to call them to come out and do there job then they don’t do it right. I asked them to move my front traps cause they put them right where the water drains off my roof they said they would change them and they didn’t
We haven't seen an Orkin employee in months, even though they say they have been, but their bate shows clear evidence of them not. we renewed our contract in April, still no employee has come. We call and make appts. they mysteriously miss them. We scheduled one for Aug. 1st after the run around, and she never came. They only give excuses as they are behind and explained that the next available is on Aug. 30th. A WHOLE month out after repeated no shows. No attempt to make it better any of the times i called.
