The tech is always nice and professional......But the ppl that answer the phone in the office is rude as hell!!!

Good customer service. The service person wears a mask. I always have a date and time for the appointments. The service person asks me about pest control that I haven’t thought of previously, such as spraying for mosquitoes. I trust their chemicals are safe for me and my pet. I've been with Orkin for 20+ years.
