The tech is always nice and professional......But the ppl that answer the phone in the office is rude as hell!!!

Good customer service. The service person wears a mask. I always have a date and time for the appointments. The service person asks me about pest control that I haven’t thought of previously, such as spraying for mosquitoes. I trust their chemicals are safe for me and my pet. I've been with Orkin for 20+ years.

Professional service! Always on time and they accommodate my busy work schedule. They are easy to contact at my local office and always assist me with concerns about billing regarding my termite prevention services. Each technician is courteous and explains to me any questions I may have regarding bugs and the time of year they appear. If a respray is warranted in between service times they will return.
