I was so pleased that Orkin was able to send the tech to my house the same day I called! I had called 2 other companies not even a call back! Russell the tech explained everything to me for the rodents and insects/bugs. He was very kind and empathetic as I recently lost my wife. I pray this will be a good step in getting rid of the rodents especially!

The initial process: service person were very detailed in explaining what was needed, finances options & what to expect on all future inspections & timeframe. I appreciate the thoroughness. Each visit for inspections the service advisor always will let you know there are on your property before beginning. They have all been very professional.

I don't normally post on things like this. However, I hired Orkin 2 months ago and told them I had pets- they left sticky pads all over my house without telling me (my pet got stuck to one of them before I found them all) - so I immediately canceled my subscription- I asked to speak to a manager about the matter and no one ever called me back. They Just charged my debit card another $112 dollars when no one even showed up to my house for a subsequent visit (i canceled my membership).

For multiple times, after being told to do so, the service man did not come inside my house and on the outside only sprayed a little spot and left. We have video of him.
