We always expect you in the Spring or latest early fall. I had someone approach me in my yard to schedule appointment and also tried to sell me insulation. I explained to him we just had a death in our family and it wasn’t a good time. My husband had double back surgery and has been recovering. Mostly in bed. Again not a good time. Today when the technicians came out I explained the situations again and was babysitting my grandson. He finally suggested doing a outside only. Then they left. I am not satisfied with the service I’ve been getting the only thing they got rid of is the bugs

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Not only do they not keep appointments, but they don’t return phone calls- even when I left messages that we needed a technician to come out- and the techs come when it is convenient for them- they tried twice only spraying out signed and leaving an invoice on our door – like I’m really going to pay that if they are not going to do the inside and come at the time they said they would. Never ever ever ever will I recommend them to anyone!
