RecommendedSteve is our Orkin tech and he is great! He is all about customer satisfaction! He’s very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to pest control in and around the house they also take care of yard pests. I am happy with my decision to go with Orkin.
This morning I was in line at Dunkin’ Donuts and one of your employees payed for my meal and I just wanted to thank him and also let him know he started a chain reaction because I then payed for the car behind me, so if you can please thank him for me!
I have called MUTIPLE times over the last 2 weeks due to payments being made but no services provided. TWICE (Aug 30, Sept 28) in the amount of $45.50 each has money been removed from my account and no services provided. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone nor get anyone to call me back. I want my money refunded as the services are NOT being provided!

I can’t seem to get service anymore Always an excuse as to why they can’t come out Or they schedule and don’t show Been a costumer for years and I’ve never seen it this bad Would love to talk to someone 850-653-6463
I had the worse service from Orkin Panama City branch. They charged us and didn’t do services. I stopped service and was still charged and then turned over for collection for non payment. I contacted the branch manager and was told by him on 3 different occasions he would have this corrected. It still has not been resolved. Still getting collection calls. SO FRUSTRATED 😡

Unless it was in someone else's name we have never had Lisa Peel Flitcraft as a pest control customer out of the Panama City office .
Missed appointment but mainly the annual cost increases are too much. We are approaching a point of switching companies.
