My "yes or no" answer needs an explanation.... I have left several messages to get a call back to pay for two houses upfront, with electronic checks. I was told to call the office and ask for a specific lady.... I did, four days ago... I've talked to three different people, and still, I can't get a call back. They said I had termites and sold me a $3,000 treatment. I found out later that I didn’t have termites. I’ve complained to them about this but they refuse to get back with me. I’m a senior and I had just lost my husband. My husband had said to have them checked for termites, just to be cautious. I feel that they took advantage of me when my thinking wasn’t clear. They claim that if there’s and emergency they will come out. Called Saturday and said they’ll get back with me. It’s now Thursday and crickets. They’re never on time, never keeps their promise, absolutely waste of money, we’ve given them ample amount of opportunities to redeem themselves. So far they’re not helpful at all. I hate to give negative reviews but something has got to give.
We found a few subterranean termites under a flower pot so we decided to call orkin. They came out, inspected and said there was no termites under the house (house is set on concrete cinder blocks). Then they say they need to put plastic under the house and spray which would cost 13 thousand dollars we said f**k no but they still tried to come out with his "boss" to try and sell a 13k job. Again, this is a 1200 sq ft home on cinder blocks not a mansion. Orkin is way over priced and have very aggressive sales tactics.
