Orkin was great when we scheduled an inspection and first visit. For the thirty day follow up we had to call and follow up. It was scheduled two weeks past the 30 day mark. Our window was 2-4pm it’s now almost 7pm I haven’t received a call back and the technician hasn’t arrived . At 2:30 I confirmed my appt w their office. Very disappointed in this and will take my business elsewhere
Well for one I fell that ORkin is out for money only they didn’t help me out with my situation instead of helping me resolving my situation they told me about this big bill and that was it I don’t think it’s fair and I think is old the opportunity to know what’s going on

Orkin are crooks and liars so beware! You pay for services and they never show up as scheduled. The store manager in Altamonte Springs, FL is a manipulative racist and they treated me like I wronged them when they lied and stole my money.
Monday’s appointment just like the cable company between 10 and noon. Phone call 1220 Sorry we are on the way a technician called in sick. Phone call should have been made at 10 not 1220. I canceled the appointment as like most I had other tasks for the rest of the day Made arrangement for them to come on Tuesday at 1030 phone call at 1100 they were leaving the office about 45 min away. Because it cost me nearly $100 to find out you can’t help me. Angle, the lady who took my call, should know that bed bugs do NOT fly. That was the issue I thought needed addressing from conversations with friends. So, no, never. I can fix this problem with $3 fly paper. Frustrated, angry and feel violated. Peggy Wass
