My service tech Jim Elliot is amazing! He is always on time for our scheduled appointment and he does an amazing job! He is always available to answer mine and my wife’s questions if we have any and he also makes sure to use pet friendly chemicals. I recommend Jim and Orkin with 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our technician Steve! He is very thorough and very knowledgeable! HOWEVER, we were never given a call or text to set up an appointment, verify anything or given knowledge he was coming at a specific date and time. He showed up and even he could tell we were surprised he was there! We have tried calling the office to speak to someone and no one answered the phone the 5 times we called.
