First off yall dont deserve a 1 star I hired this company back in sept to handle bugs here we are in April and the bugs have multiplied when we called for in between services they would always cancel or reschedule but when it was time for scheduled visit they showed up with hand out.. listen to the prerecorded message when you call and plan on the exact opposite. I am currently under contract with *****. I unfortunately was fooled by their account Manager ******** ****** who got me for $6,575.15 for termite prevention, attic hatch/seal and exterior seal. I had mice problems in the basement and bat problems in the attic. I canceled my service with this company several years ago for lying and telling me a service was completed when a technician was never at my house. I have security cameras that surround my house and showed nothing the entire day that the tech supposedly completed service. I refused payment until they completed service, so they sent me to collections and refused to complete service. I had them come after finding evidence of mice after cold snap. No problems since house was built in 2003. They were prompt in sending someone out next day. However, The guy was young. Pleasant but told me I had major infestation. He gave me an estimate of ****** dollars ( which he claimed was 5000 discount). He gave options of different payment plans. Our company was contracted by Orkins Gaithersburg branch to detail their vehicles, and despite completing the work as agreed, they have refused to pay the invoice. Their excuse? That the keys were locked in the vehicle and they need a $75 payment from us prior to them taking care of the invoice for the services we provided. When the owner told the manager that he locked the keys in the vehicle he was told "that's ok, we'll take care of it". We hired F&W Pest Control, ***** ********************************************************************************************* to take care of a property and we didn't understand it was owned by Orkin or Rollins **** or whatever company actually owns and operates as F&W Pest Control. This company is a scam and they will continue to invoice you and they will not allow you to cancel. I have changed my satisfaction record with this company. I had bedbugs. They came out with a contractor company to do a heat treatment. The person that came out was not even at my house for seven hours. So the treatment was not effective. I still have bedbugs. I paid $4000 for a service that was not done correctly. Their inspector was supposed to come back out in a two hour window Never showed up. They want to send another company out to do it again. The employee of Orkin Pest Control forged my e-signature on a contract and ***** is trying to make me pay for 36 months of service that I did not intend to have. I am a 85 year old retired professor, on a fixed income and am not financially able to pay for unintended services. Please help me stop their demands which are forgery and a crime.

Be careful if you call them!!! I had a problem with racoons in my attic. To make a long story short, I was lied to by the first tech and fell for his promises. They showed up with very large and loud trucks to clean my attic. They left insulation all over my carport and driveway, not to mention what they did to my skylights! The first tech that came out put a hole and tear in one of my bedrooms!
