extremely thorough taking care of covering every potential opening or crevice where bugs live or enter my home. Traps were set also fo luring bugs.. The gentleman who showed up was knowledgable and caring. I was extremely impressed with their service and highly recommend Orkin.

Shirley Drahman LaCerra was amazing.. she was very knowledgeable and professional. Shirley met with my tenants and explained everything that was gonna happen that need to happen and will happen. The fume crew arrive right around the time they said they would be there. Did their walk-throughs and got busy putting the tent on. I would absolutely recommend Shirley and Orkin to anybody that has any kind of bug or termite problems.

Orkin advertises they fortify; sealing, filling and caulking places where bugs come in. That’s what I want! I’ve had an initial spray, but a follow-up is due soon. I expect the next technician to point out those vulnerable places, then do some sealing, filling, and caulking.

Very pleased how they respond to your termite needs. I recommend taking the contract, based on the fact you may need them to come out several times to exterminate. So far very pleased with their services.

Since I’ve been using orkin I never see any bugs. If I do I call them and they come back free of charge.
