Technicians have been professional and tried to be helpful, but the customer service is terrible and they've been unable to resolve an ongoing pest issue. Won't honor their money back guarantee
After several years of service it seems to get worse every month. I have an ongoing issue with mice. I stayed home today to meet my technician but he didn’t even knock on my door to ask if I’m having any problems. He checked the outdoor bait stations and left. I have sticky traps all over my house filled with bugs. I’m now finding mice poop under my sink and I’ve caught three mice in a week. If all Orkin does is check my outdoor bait stations but doesn’t inquire if I’m having an issue I can’t think it’s worth my continuing ... read more
Nice man but if I don’t walk around with him he doesn’t get all areas. Still seeing increase in insects and saw him diluting the spray with my water hose.
Having a monthly mosquito service is nice in the summer but sending and charging for spraying at the end of October is ridiculous. In two days time temps overnight will be below freezing. I will not use Orkin next year and will be cancelling my in home service (which isn’t too).
They were late and deny being late. The young man was nice but the Administration is not up to fulfill their commitments.
I am waiting to see the results. I am using you services for a couple of months, but the results was not good at all. But you sent a new person today 08/19/2019 so I will wait and see. If there is no change I will stop working with you. I have been told that the person who was working in my house is no longer working with Orkin Pest. Was it because he not using the right product for the German cockroach? Or because he was not spraying well the house? You know my phone number.
