The technicians are very friendly and they take appropriate caution when inside my home. Having said that, I'm annoyed that the past 2 visits, I didn't even know the technicians were here. I rearranged my schedule to allow myself to be home to let them in and both times I received a text saying that they have completed their visit and I never saw them! I understand that we are in a pandemic right now, but I feel a bit ripped off by them only treating the outside of my house.
My daughter had moved back in this time last year along with her 2 dogs. By the time spring had sprung so had the every dogs arch nemesis, fleas. My daughter is allergic to their bite so you can imagine how uncomfortable she became. I called Orkin. Frank and his team were here within a couple days. They were very friendly, professional and informative. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you Orkin with helping me out with a treatment when funds were low. It is greatly appreciated. These guys are amazing...If the problem isn’t under control right away they will come in between visits till the problem is gone!!!...Also the people are extremely friendly and know what they are talking about. I love all the info I was given from my friendly exterminator!!!...
