RecommendedThe technicians are very friendly and they take appropriate caution when inside my home. Having said that, I'm annoyed that the past 2 visits, I didn't even know the technicians were here. I rearranged my schedule to allow myself to be home to let them in and both times I received a text saying that they have completed their visit and I never saw them! I understand that we are in a pandemic right now, but I feel a bit ripped off by them only treating the outside of my house.
RecommendedMy daughter had moved back in this time last year along with her 2 dogs. By the time spring had sprung so had the every dogs arch nemesis, fleas. My daughter is allergic to their bite so you can imagine how uncomfortable she became. I called Orkin. Frank and his team were here within a couple days. They were very friendly, professional and informative. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you Orkin with helping me out with a treatment when funds were low. It is greatly appreciated.
