Orkin may be slightly higher in price but I like that they are professional, on time, organized, and they have a local Delaware location. Other companies may come in slightly lower but they aren’t as reliable or responsive. I’m paying for the extra touch in my opinion. I’m happy with them. Oh, and I like that I’ve had the same Technician for two years now. Go Tyler! Oh yeah and my termites have stayed away. That’s most important.
