Because a girl came out to my home and said that she didn't find anything. Well she must have been looking for butterflies. Charged me $116.00 and never heard back from her. I have called 3 times and each time they promised me a supervisor would be calling me back. NADA
We had a hornets nest removed and half of the nest was just left on the ground with dead hornets everywhere. Also a huge chunk of the nest was left attached to the shed ! The reason we called a professional is because we have a 5 month old and didn’t want to be exposed to chemicals - now my husband needs to go out and pick up all of the pieces and scrape the shed! Plus we have two dogs who don’t know that nest is covered in chemicals. I’m so disappointed that I paid A LOT of money and the bare minimum was done.
Products for bugs don’t work and are weak!

They came to my house 🏠 and I paid for them to come and check for termites and they have never come! I knew this day would come when they would ask me for my feedback. I didn't reach out to them because I didn't ask them to come in the first place. I knew they would be coming back to renew the service.

The proposed charge of $300 to remove a hornet's nest is crazy. And I was told my contract does not include this service (in the fine print).
