The young man that has been doing the extermination in the past months is amazing. He is always in time does a thorough job takes time to reach every potential hiding place for roaches and thanks to him they are under control(the neighbors don’t exterminate regularly) I can’t find the right words to express how happy I am with his work. I had Orkin coming to exterminate in the past and they did a good job but of all people he had been the most determinate to get rid of the roaches . Thank you!!

Never got an appointment scheduled the technician show up banging at my room window. No email, text to notify me at least 24 hours before showing up for service. Bill was send to wrong address for billing even though I specifically stated the address that comes up in their system was incorrect and gave my billing address which is the same address of service.
