Orkin Pest Control in the Goldsboro/Stantonsburg area are fantastic. They came out quickly, answered all my questions, and even helped me with some other questions that did not pertain to pests. I can’t praise them enough for the professional job they did and the great people they employ. If you want good service and more importantly, quality people, Orkin is the place for you!
My family and I had Daniel come out to our home and we couldn’t have hand picked a better person. Very respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly and was very honest. I could text or call him with a question and he would reply and was beyond nice (I texted maybe too many times ) . Thanks for everything and hopefully we won’t see u for the issue we have again 🤦♀️.

Service is very good but communicating time for service person to arrive is not good. I had a scheduled appointment on Monday August 8. My service person usually comes about 9 a. M., however on Sunday morning I receive a text telling me he would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00. I needed to reschedule but there is no way to do that on Sunday.
