Greg arrived a bit early and was very personable. He answered all my questions. Called for a re-treat, but had to go through toll free number. Still need to see if treatment works
Drew showed up when he was expected. He was responsive to issues I pointed out to him. He was then off to see other customers - after saying good bye and wishing me a good day.
I just met Brad this morning. He is an asset to Orkin. He was very thorough and professional and made sure all my pest control needs were met.
