Scheduled appointment time was met. A professional well groomed man properly identified and introduced himself. Asked for permission to enter my home. Promptly started his inspection. Used a flashlight to search corners, cracks and crevices. Inspected the perimeter of the house and unattached garage as well as interior of garage. Reported to me no new activity or old signs of termites observed. Stated I would be notified in a year for another inspection. Bid me a good day and left. Approximately a 25 minute inspection.
