I hired them to do my pest control quarterly service and have been quite happy until the last year. I added a mosquito service and had it done and the next business day a woman called me to ask me to pay my bill. I said I have no bill. Mail it or give it to me and I will pay it. When I asked why they are calling me said” we are corporate store” this is how we do it. I told her it’s offensive to act like I’m a deadbeat. Only 1 business day later.
