Robin was the tech that came out to my home. She was new to my account and was efficient with determining treatment. I have been very pleased with the Rock Hill branch for pest control. I was to have the termite baits checked 2 times a year and had called regarding a broken bait for the termites (called over a month ago) but I have had no one contact me to check the termite baits or fix the broken one. My house is an exception because of a wood frame, but I was told checks and baiting would still completed.
Great technician explained what he was going to do and what we should expect to happen next. He was very professional and did an excellent job!
