RecommendedRobin was the tech that came out to my home. She was new to my account and was efficient with determining treatment. I have been very pleased with the Rock Hill branch for pest control. I was to have the termite baits checked 2 times a year and had called regarding a broken bait for the termites (called over a month ago) but I have had no one contact me to check the termite baits or fix the broken one. My house is an exception because of a wood frame, but I was told checks and baiting would still completed.
