They sold me a treatment for my home saying they had guys small enough to get in my crawlspace. Their tech simply did a broadcast treatment, spraying from the access point over my vapor barrier. If you can't do the job say so, not charge me for a job your not going to do. Update: I got a hold of the manager and he came out with the tech and they both got under the house to do the correct treatment.

Did not receive a call the day before appointment (Twice). Driver did not call before he came. The driver came in looked around then was going to leave when I asked him if he was going to do anything. Finally, he said he was going to spray outside. I don't know if he did because he went outside and never came back inside. I didn't even know he had left. I think I might switch to someone else.

If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Not only do they not keep appointments, but they don’t return phone calls- even when I left messages that we needed a technician to come out- and the techs come when it is convenient for them- they tried twice only spraying out signed and leaving an invoice on our door – like I’m really going to pay that if they are not going to do the inside and come at the time they said they would. Never ever ever ever will I recommend them to anyone!
