I am very upset with the service provided by orkins. The exterminator was suppose to do a 1.5 hr treatment and she did a 3 story house and outside for 15 min. The experience we had was horrible and we came back to our home and it was like it made the situation worse. I will definitely not recommend this, all they did was take my $208 for a 15 min service. They did not finish the job I paid for. Folks on the phone are pleasant but the workers did not perform quality work and left a mess.
Horrible service. When we call to complain the staff is rude and condescending, especially Joyce. Canceling immediately after they make you cancel 30 days in advance to get another $100 out of you. We came home from the hospital with our son and found wasps in our house, they said they couldn’t get to it for 3 days, mind you they claim they come out same day if you have a problem. JOKE
