This entire "service" (I use the term VERY loosely) that I have to leave work early for once a month to attend their "inspection" is the biggest waste of my time. thankfully the "services" were paid for by the seller of the home I purchased and I will not be renewing. I loved having Orkin, they really kept the pests away. BUT BEWARE....... when I cancelled my service because I was moving to a different city they REFUSE to cancel. I now live in Suffolk, they continue to service the Norfolk house that I moved out of in December ( it is almost April now) I talked to numerous reps on the phone, I sent a nasty gram letter to the manager at Thurston ave about his people who cant seem to cancel my account ( Yes I am well past the 2 year contract time) I don't know what else to do about them bu... read more
