Scheduled with local branch they never showed up. No calls or anything. Called next day to branch and service was just as poor. Do you want to reschedule? No reason why he never showed. Poor service usually equals high prices and poor product. Don’t use
RecommendedOrkin is a complete rip off!!! I have been using them for 5 months now for a roach infestation. This problem has only gotten worse. I have reached out to the office here in Roanoke multiple times with no return call from a supervisor. I had a local exterminator come out today and he said that he's mad for me and that my tech Christopher has not done his job. I should be on weekly services my tech never informed me of this.
