Orkin is a complete rip off!!! I have been using them for 5 months now for a roach infestation. This problem has only gotten worse. I have reached out to the office here in Roanoke multiple times with no return call from a supervisor. I had a local exterminator come out today and he said that he's mad for me and that my tech Christopher has not done his job. I should be on weekly services my tech never informed me of this.
