The branch manager doesn’t return voicemails or emails. I always have to go through corporate to get a resolution. They sprayed right before major rain and we were swarmed with mosquitoes the next day. They said they would come so a respray and it was due to the rain, but never did until weeks later and then charged us.
I paid thousands for exclusion work, and to keep the warranty, you have to have pest services for a year . However, the customer service from Ronnie,Jay, Matt, and the crew did not meet expectations, so I canceled it after 6 months. I will not keep paying for a service that is not up to par. I work too hard for my money. Their exclusion work has not held up, and on my 2nd call, they said they would not return to fix it per Matt. Now, the 3300 i paid is not guaranteed anymore. I have had the worst experience from customer service to service over priced and not worth it. sometimes the techs don't even show up I just had a horrible experience I am so upset don't use this office pass it along and put a review

Returning calls. I have called over ten times and I haven’t received a call back as of yet. I would not fault them if I were belligerent or abusive in leaving messages. However this is not the case. I paid over $4500 dollars for a pest barrier that is not working. It’s coming up on a year. Pest are still in the attic and no call backs or concerns from Orkin.
