The tech that sprays is amazing however the people doing the scheduling need improvement. We waited here for a tech on two different occasions but apparently he had not received scheduling confirmation from the office. On one occasion he was sent here without us knowing he was coming and we were not here to let him in. Last week we called for a return visit and were told he would be here Wednesday between 4 and 6. The tech never showed up. Apparently there is a disconnect between those scheduling and the techs.
