I am surprised Orkin is so persistent at requesting a lnternet rating. I have given regular positive and constructive feedback by telephone and in person. I am optimistic things are improving based on recent positive interactions with April and Ethan. I cancelled my insect control service when exclusions of particular insects was stated once inside my home. I now treat myself. I am currently subscribed to termite control service. The tech that sprays is amazing however the people doing the scheduling need improvement. We waited here for a tech on two different occasions but apparently he had not received scheduling confirmation from the office. On one occasion he was sent here without us knowing he was coming and we were not here to let him in. Last week we called for a return visit and were told he would be here Wednesday between 4 and 6. The tech never showed up. Apparently there is a disconnect between those scheduling and the techs.
