Joe was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very reassuring. He made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions, told us what to expect, and was just great to work with.
The service is great. The only thing is that that don’t always identify themselves when there outside or if your not home you don’t know if they were there or not because they don’t leave a card. I would have liked them to check inside because I get these big ants, a couple a week, guess I’ll just keep stepping on them Don has explained a lot when I see him.
