RecommendedFred, our technician, is always prompt and respectful. Every time he comes for an application I learn something new. We initially started using Orkin because of an infestation of clover mites, plus a less serious issue of insets in our basement. Since we began using the service we have noticed significantly fewer insects in the house - primarily just a few dead spiders.
