I have had to ask the same technician to return with a face mask on two separate, yet consecutive, occasions before entering my home. This time I expressed my concerns with Travis, the manager for my local branch. I wanted to know the protocol for PPE when entering homes all day. I was told that I must ask him to put it on. They are not required. He said “masks don’t work”, “we are a multi million dollar company and we can’t get supplies” yet they send a text stating prior to arrival that the tech will be wearing proper PPE.... read more
