We paid almost $20,000 for crawl space moisture control (DryZone), attic insulation, termite exterior bait monitoring, and a roof ridge guard. Here's the details: The crawl space did not have any standing water prior to the DryZone work. As a matter of fact, the inspector said water was being channeled very well out of the crawl space. I have had to ask the same technician to return with a face mask on two separate, yet consecutive, occasions before entering my home. This time I expressed my concerns with Travis, the manager for my local branch. I wanted to know the protocol for PPE when entering homes all day. I was told that I must ask him to put it on. They are not required. He said “masks don’t work”, “we are a multi million dollar company and we can’t get supplies” yet they send a text stating prior to arrival that the tech will be wearing proper PPE.... read more

Customer did ask and we put a mask on. She asked if we put a new mask on each time and I explained truthfully that we cant get enough to do that. I made the statement that if she was concerned we didn't have to do the inside since a lot of studies show mask don't work and if she had concerns we should probably not come in contact with her. She wanted interior treatment so we wore a mask. We use hand sanitizer when it is available and gloves also when available.
