They only treat for what you tell them your problem is . Example if you tell them you have ants that all they will treat inside and only at the base of house. If the ants aren’t by the foundation they won’t treat or if you have spiders they don’t treat for them. Any other pest company treats for insects and rodents.
If I could get someone to reply to phone calls and keeping what is said to be "guaranteed"
