I woke up in a room full of ants. A few hours later Orkin arrived assessed the problem and implemented a good solution. Very thorough and professional. Cost was reasonable too.

I had them out 7 years ago the service was great, this time not so much, the guy was in my home 5 mins used an aerosol can of flea killer and left, you can buy what they used in Walmart for $30 and I was charged $312, I won’t be using them again, what a scam, the worst thing is that there were no follow up instructions, like how long to keep pets out of the home, how many times a day to vacuum, nothing, had I not known what to do from 7 years ago I could of harmed my animals and had dead fleas everywhere, that’s if what they... read more

I had appt scheduled today between 2-4 and called to verify it that it was scheduled since by 4 nobody showed. I was told it was scheduled and they would be coming. By 6 no one had showed it called me. I called back and was told no tech was assigned and that they would have to be rescheduled. This VERY unprofessional!!!
