The reason I first called the Orkin man was because of the dreaded bedbugs! Fortunately we had them in only one room. The house was treated with high heat. It worked. I have Orkin in on a monthly basis now because I was seeing little tiny black spiders all over, after receiving a couple bites I called Orkin. After treatment they were gone and now all pests are gone. The young man that services my home is Scott. He's great, very kind and listens well. Orkin is well worth money spent. Thank you
They got rid of my ant problem but your customer service line sucks!! Yesterday I was on hold 30-45 minutes and still didn’t talk to anyone about a scheduling problem. I called again and pretended I was a new customer and was immediately connected to someone. You are lucky to have Tim a branch/regional manager and Brittany in customer service who got me some answers. Tim came today and took care of the service call. I was impressed.
