The scheduling was horrible! We were told that the technician would arrive between 10 a.m. and noon. We waited, and no one showed. At 1 p.m. we called and were told that the service time had been changed to between 4 and 6 p.m. No one bothered to call us about the change. When the technician arrived, he claimed that the service order popped up on his screen with only an hour's notice, so he was uninformed also.
